»Tapir 375« slurry separator combines all the advantages of a mobile separator with those of a large press screw principle.
A larger sieve with a diameter of 300 mm and a length of 750 mm enables the intake of larger slurry quantities and offers a higher throughput capacity. The optimized auger inside the separator presses the slurry mixture even harder against the surrounding sieve and achieves an even better squeezing result. As a result, the “Tapir 375” separates 40% more efficiently than conventional standard separators, but does not require any more power. The inner tube and the screw are made of stainless steel in a particularly robust design. Welded-on edges made of hard metal guarantee special durability. Wear parts are manufactured to a high standard and are easy to replace. Overall, a throughput of up to approx. 50 m³/h can be achieved with a low power consumption for raw slurry!
